With reference to my telegram No. 29 of to-day's date, the following is repetition of a telegramı of yesterday's date from His Majesty's acting consul at Tengyueh :---
"The enforcement of a boycott at this season would spell ruination to the mercantile community, and I am assured by all representative merchants that instructions to boycott will be disregarded."
